These are priced starting at $44.95 each. ********************************************************************************************************************************* How it all happened After several frustrating attempts to get my NOMA Talking Station, that I had as a kid, “talking” again, which included repairing the broken turntable and brittle speaker, finding a replacement needle, changing the belts, tinkering with the motor, spending lots of time and money… and the station still sounds bad, I have found an alternative electronic solid-state solution. So if you have a NOMA (American Flyer or Marx) Talking Station that no longer “talks”, this sound unit is just what you need to put that smile back on your face. ******************************************************************************************************************* A little about the sound unit The sound unit contains an electronic circuit board, a small push button activation switch and 32 ohm speaker. The unit is powered by three 1.5 volt button batteries, that are easily replaceable. Included with this purchase are the following items (note that 3, 4 and 5 are only provided for the NOMA announcement sound units). Items 1, 2, 3 and 5 are sent as email attachments to your paypal email address at the same time the sound unit is shipped. 1) Instructions on how to easily install the sound unit in your NOMA Talking Station, so it can be activated by pressing the button on top of the chimney. Installing the sound unit in other than NOMA stations is easy and video links will be provided showing how others have done this installation. 2) Instructions on how to easily convert the power from the three 1.5 volt button batteries to a constant 4.5 volt power supply. 3) A NOMA sign file that contains a color picture of 4 NOMA Town signs that can easily be printed, mounted on a thin piece of cardboard and used in your station, in case you are missing any of these signs.
