This 3-piece set features Clark’s Christmas fantasy of giving his family a pool with his anticipated Christmas bonus. Without his Christmas bonus, Griswold’s biggest fantasy, the backyard pool, will be down the drain. Item is new in the box from retail dealer stock and has never been removed from the original packaging including the plastic cover that can be seen in photos.. Beautiful ceramic building with ceramic pool & accessory and artistically detailed. It is brand new in box and unopened with manufacturers plastic covering. As a result, photos were taken with covering on. The item is stored in expanded polyethylene material packaging and with a colored image sleeve over it.
