Both were discovered together at an estate sale in West Austin, offering a fascinating backstory. The estate belonged to a woman whose daughter, the original owner of the doll, had left for college in the late 70s/early 80s. Her bedroom remained unchanged since that time, serving as a time capsule from that era. The doll and the 1970 box were found together and fit perfectly, preserving their shared history.
